NSIS: Update some target and filenames.

In the top level of the source, look for appveyor.yml.

after_build:
  - msbuild /m nsis_package_prep.vcxproj
  - msbuild /m nsis_package.vcxproj

 

I don't think there is an archive of WSDG files.

You can build the version that goes along with 3.6.7:
