Should the Developer Guide be updated to include WiX/.msi in the Binary Distributions

and the Binary Packaging sections?

I think it should, but we should probably mention that the WiX/.msi installer is still experimental due to the following issues:
- It doesn't install Npcap and USBPcap.
- We don't have a way to smoothly switch between an NSIS/.exe-installed Wireshark and a WiX/.msi-installed one. You have to manually uninstall the differently-packaged version first.
- The NSIS/.exe installer lets you install multiple versions, although this isn't officially supported. The WiX/.msi installer doesn't allow this.
