Try unchecking the TCP option "do not call subdissectors for error packets".

And in the future please do not send 7MB pictures to the mailing list, this is not a good idea at all. Either reduce their size or post a link.

Of course we prefer capture files (anonymized with TraceWrangler for example) rather than pictures.
