Do you mean a package for every "HEAD"? That means for every commit? That would mean tens of pkgs per day and I don't think there is room for that (if I'm not mistaken, deb are generated manually). Neither tar.gz are released so often. But basically: whould it worth the effort? To be on the cutting edge means you are a developer or a sort of... then compile :).
Do you have a specific use case for this request?
