Hi,

Some of those plugins were converted to built-in dissectors, that's why you do not see them anymore.
Then you have a custom plugin for UPP in your old installation folder. This plugin is not part of the official Wireshark 1.6.7.
So if you want to upgrade to a newer Wireshark release (like 1.12.3) you must ask to this plugin author to provide you an updated version compatible with the Wireshark version you installed (you cannot simply drop the dll in the new installation folder as the dll will not be compatible and might make Wireshark crash).
