After digging around Microsoft's various product lifecycle pages it
might make sense to upgrade the XP builder to Windows Server 2003
instead of Vista. It will receive updates until July 2015 and would let
us use a testing environment similar to XP. That would make 1.10 and
possibly 1.10++ the "2003-but-you-can-probably-get-away-with-XP" fork.
sounds good. I suggest we make the 1.10 release for WinXP, but not
actively try to maintain it for the next releases. If the following
release simply works with WinXP good, if not people with old computers
will need to use some older Wireshark releases.
