Look in $(WIRESHARK_LIB_DIR)\vcredist_$(MSVC_VARIANT) for
the MSVC redistributable package, then look in the top-level
$(WIRESHARK_LIB_DIR). This lets us more easily use multiple compilers
with the same library directory.
