 When stopping the capture before asking whether to save the results, run
 the main loop until we're done reading the captured packets.  Hopefully
 this clears up bug 7318 in Evan Huus's case; I can't reproduce that

This (and some of the related changes) has some impact on https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5892 (Wireshark capture cannot be stopped under heavy traffic rate).

I think, for that bug, we may need some kind of dialog or status indication or progress bar to indicate that "yeah, I know you said stop the capture, but, well, we're still catching up, just be patient..."
