This seems to be a fairly common problem with lots of apps on
multi-monitor Windows systems, and exists back to XP and probably earlier.
It causes so much grief (notably with Citrix hosting Exceed) that I gave
up and only let Windows use multiple monitors if they have the same
resolution.
