The file tools/win32-setup.sh already has svn:eol-style set to "native"
which means CR/LF on Windows and LF on Unix. Since you're referring to
win32-setup.sh, I assume you're on a Windows system. Are you using a
Windows GUI Subversion client or the command-line one?
