Like Steve said: "Looks fine; very conservative", so let's keep supporting the
coders in the (conservative)(corporate) tranches.
(I know, forcing an older compiler for the newest Wireshark doesn't sound
logical, but that's (corporate) life sometimes).

Do we even need to support these extra old compilers? Since Microsoft
has free downloads of new ones, it's more likely that people can easily
upgrade.
