I can twist and turn it as I want. Changing - to / brings no improvement.

I have Windows7 x64. Perhaps the SDK doesn't support it?

I downloaded it via SVN client:
http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark/trunk/

I didn't made ans modifications in this folder.
