Top-of-trunk Wireshark and, as far as I know, Wireshark 1.4.x include a dissector for the OAM "slow protocol" - that's the "Link Layer OAM" protocol - and for the IEEE 802.1ag Connectivity Fault Management(CFM) protocol - that's the "Service Layer OAM" protocol.
