You should be able to cross-compile by doing the following:
set WIRESHARK_TARGET_PLATFORM=win64
vcvarsall.bat x86_amd64
The wiki page incorrectly said to use PLATFORM instead of
WIRESHARK_TARGET_PLATFORM. It's been fixed.
