Sorry, should have been more precise. By hot-key I meant key
combination. On Windows, that is Ctrl-E. Don't know about the other
platforms.

Indeed. But it doesn't have a corresponding hot-key. To bring up the
capture options dialog (on Windows) the key combination is Ctrl-K.
