Ah yes, I forgot it should be "-c echo". However no matter, the result
shows that igncr is not the problem.

ls -dl /usr/bin/pod2html*
ls -dl /usr/bin/perl*
head /usr/bin/pod2html
Does this work:
/usr/bin/perl -S pod2html --title="The Wireshark Network Analyzer 1.1.2-DVB-SIM" --css=ws.css --noind wireshark-tmp.pod >wireshark.html
