And just to clarify, you typed below that "If I 
copy the plugin.dll to %WIRESHARK\plugins\0.9.88\plugin.dll then I

You should be copying the bip.dll to
"%WIRESHARK%\plugins\0.9.8\bip.dll".

Were those just 2 typos on your part, or is your script incorrect?
