Line 371 seems to be at the end of the following:
  !else
  !if ${MSVC_VARIANT} != "MSVC6"
  !error "C-Runtime redistributable for this package not available / 
not    redistributable!"
  !endif
  !endif	; MSVCR_DLL
  !endif	; VCREDIST_EXE


So: please see section 2.2.1.3 of the Wireshark Developer's Guide about 
getting the redistributable.
