I'm getting an error when trying to compile or even make clean now on OS X:
Making clean in wiretap
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `configure.in', needed by
`Makefile.in'. Stop.
sfisher@shadow:/usr/local/src/wireshark>autoconf --version
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.59
sfisher@shadow:/usr/local/src/wireshark>automake --version
automake (GNU automake) 1.6.3
Same problem after running ./autogen.sh
