I have committed some solution for h225 now (see rev 23128)
Please could you try it on Linux?
Maybe, we could make asn1/Makefile.preinc.nmake,asn1/Makefile.preinc and
include them in asn1/<proto>/Makefile.am asn1/<proto>/Makefile.nmake
before Makefile.common is included
