I have libpcap-0.8.3-10.RHEL4 installed. The entry does popup twice if
that matters:
$ rpm -qa | grep pcap
libpcap-0.8.3-10.RHEL4
libpcap-0.8.3-10.RHEL4
Thanks again,
Andrew

This sounds like a problem with libpcap.
I was able to build successfully on my system (RHEL4).
I have libpcap version 0.8.3-10.RHEL4:
What is your output of:
# rpm -qa | grep pcap
?

Thanks for the feedbak! I reran configure with

compiling) with:

Any ideas how to remedy this. Thanks again in advance.
