I have attached the top level "config.log" and the wiretap config log as
"wiretap_config.log".
The output of uname -a:
Linux guinan.rti.org 2.6.12-1.1381_FC3 #1 Fri Oct 21 03:46:55 EDT 2005
i686
i686 i386 GNU/Linux
I think that FC3 supports it as a 32-bit.
Is there some configuration that needs to be set to have wireshark for
32-bit?

What are the full contents of the "config.log" files in the top-level
and wiretap directories?
What type of machine are you building this on? In particular, does it
have a 32-bit processor or a 64-bit processor and, if it has a 64-bit
processor, does FC3 support it as a 32-bit or a 64-bit processor?
