"we believe", and 'borderline case', then there will be questions.

Aren't there ever in licenses? The real world is so much trickier than protocol specs, and we all know how tough they can be.

And thats why those 'interpretable' statements were removed from GPL 3.

Still there's a lot of debate about it. :(
