Understandable misunderstanding :-)
ssl decryption has nothing to do with openssl: The gnutls lib is needed
by the ssl-dissector. So when the lib is missing, the ssl dissector
won't have the decryption code compiled in.
Openssl is needed in two places: 1) snmp oid decoding 2) kerberos decoding
when building against MIT Kerberos).
