Attachment is a patch for adding a new Juniper NSRP dissector. In this patch, OICQ author email address < dubingyao@xxxxxxxxx> has also been updated to < secfire@xxxxxxxxx>. Later I will reply this email with <dubingyao@xxxxxxxxx> address to verify it. Thanks.
