Do you use the Express Edition or the Studio?
Ulf,
I'm using MSVC 2005 Express edition.
I got the error message below after running "nmake -f Makefile.nmake
all" at the command prompt (cmd.exe)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Microsoft (R) Program Maintenance Utility Version 8.00.50727.42

NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files\GnuWin32\bin\bison.EXE"' :

Stop.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio

Stop.

Looks like that the argument was invalid by Bison.
My version of Bison:
------------------------------
bison (GNU Bison) 2.1
