I was hoping to create the 0.99.2 branch today, but that probably won't
happen.  A sizeable list of bugs just came in (see my previous message),
and Buildbot is still generating fuzz errors.  The branch will have to
wait until those get fixed at least.

I'll make sure the final Windows installer either has Net-SNMP 5.3.1 or
patches applied to 5.3.0.1.

BTW, should the PortAudio library be added to the Windows installer as well?
