    Qt: Don't set ProtoTree::uniformRowHeights.
    
    Some packet detail items contain multiple lines. Show them, which
    duplicates the GTK+ UI behavior. Add a note about adding a custom item
    delegate if this affects performance.
    
    Make item labels QStrings while we're here.
