 We are only handling one row at a time(right?).
 
 Shouldn't the row_data_t structures col_text and col_filter just hold the number of columns (cfile.cinfo.num_cols) rather than [NUM_COL_FMTS] with an adittional col_fmt[] all beeing dynamically allocated?
