Log:
Use network_virtual_16.xpm for VMware interfaces on OS X (well, use them
if VMware Fusion ever lets you capture on them, which it currently
doesn't appear to do), on the assumption that this icon is appropriate
for VMware interfaces on the host machine.
Hi!
I'm really not very satisfied with this icon, but it was the best I got
aware of after I've done some experiments.
I hesitate to use more specialised VMWare, Virtual box, ... icons to
prevent us from any trademark or whatever legal claims.
My idea is to have this icon used for all those interfaces specific to
virtual machines, VMware especially in my case.
I know that MS Virtual PC don't use special network interfaces, but I
just don't know details about virtual box / zen / ...
The only "virtual" interface I can currently think of that really would
benefit from it's own icon is the unix loopback.
However, I'm completely unsure about the MS loopback adapter, as this is
really a virtual network card and not specific to the TCP/IP stack ...
