Log:
 Finish dissection of 
 - NAL unit - Sequence parameter set
 - NAL unit - Picture parameter set
 for the trace I have and also dissect those NAL units in the RTP stream.
 For "elements coded as ue(v), me(v), or se(v) are Exp-Golomb-coded" only ue(v) is implemented.
