I have uploaded a bunch of SIP calls (incl. RTP traffic) for various codec
types to https://wiki.wireshark.org/SampleCaptures#SIP_and_RTP
If wanted, I can provide the SIPp scenario that was used for this purpose.

As for patents, IANAL but based on readings done in the past days, it seems
that these typically expire 20 years after the filing date. Using
implementations that are based on older versions of the standards should be
safe.

G.722 and G.726 are also listed as "Patented: no" here (note the dates):
