This is one solution, the other one is running dpkg-buildpackage -d for
building the debs.
It is impossible to prepare a debian/control file that works on all Debian
derivatives' all releases. :-(
We try to keep it working on most of them.
I mark this bug wontfix, but libgnutls28-dev may replace libgnutls-dev at some
point in time. Most likely by that time another build-dependency will get
removed thus don't expect dpkg-checkbuilddeps succeed on every Debian
derivative all the time.
