If I download the most recent 2.2.2rc0 and 2.0.8rc0 installers from
https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win64/ and
https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ and unpack them using 7-Zip
I end up with vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_x86.exe version 12.0.40649.5.
