I prepared patch to set (snd) timeout for connect(), because I am able to
reproduce this issue by simple: "iptables -P INPUT DROP" with my Linux. This is
why I think about set timeout instead of exclude androiddump from some builds
(on the other side some BSD hackers seems to try to work with Android SDK
somehow, thus existence of androiddump seems to make sense there too).
