I cannot reproduce either on Windows 10 x64, which means that this is specific
to this PC which (will makes investigations harder).
https://doc.qt.io/qt-4.8/qaudiooutput.html suggest that Qt should select by
default audio device for the system.
Could you share more information on the number of audio devices present on your
PC, and which one is the default one in Windows settings?
