Comment # 10 on bug 13052 from 
 Strange for me is that sometimes the packet is accepted as malformed.(I
noticed when the length of packet in NAS is more that 2 bytes, when for example
length of packet is 52 , than the messages is not malformed.)
You can see this in trace in my previous comment.
I will waiting your patch.
