In master (v2.3.0rc0-1114-ga0e1d28) the BitTorrent protocol appears at least
for some of the TCP packets with data when enabling all protocols.

Enabling heuristic Skype dissector (SKYPE -> skype_tcp) makes the difference,
BTW, thus it seems the BitTorrent protocol is still dissected but Skype
interferes with it.
