OpenFlow's match field "vlan_vid" (OFPXMT_OFB_VLAN_VID) does or doesn't have
mask field.
Wireshark 2.2.0 says "Malformed Packet" to vlan_vid match field with mask field
even if "Has mask" bit is 1.
I confirmed that eth_src and ipv4_src match field with mask is parsed
correctly. I guess that it is specific to vlan_vid.
An attachment pcapng contains vlan_vid, eth_src and ipv4_src match.
I tried OpenFlow 1.3 only, and used Ryu 4.6 as OpenFlow controller.
