with AirPcap.

Running on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, build 7601, with locale
English_Ireland.1252, with WinPcap version 4.1.3 (packet.dll version
4.1.0.2980), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), with
GnuTLS 3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4310M CPU @ 2.70GHz (with SSE4.2), with 8105MB of physical
memory.

In dictionary.xml
 * Measurement-Period-UMTS (1655:TGPP) has avp code 1655 but it should be 1656
as per TS 29.272-e00 Table 7.3.1/1 (http://3gpp.org/DynaReport/29272)
 * Measurement-Period-LTE (1656:TGPP) has avp code 1656 but it should be 1655
as per TS 29.272-e00 Table 7.3.1/1

In TGPP.xml
 * Sponsor-Identity (531:TGPP) is type OctetString but should be UTF8String as
per TS 29.214-e00 Table 5.3.0.1 (http://3gpp.org/DynaReport/29214)
 * Application-Service-Provider-Identity (532:TGPP) is type OctetString but
should be UTF8String as per TS 29.214-e00 Table 5.3.0.1
