This bug seems to apply to version 2.2.0 as well.

I extracted some TCP streams to binary files with Wireshark (follow-tcp-stream,
choose-one-direction, data="" save-as). I compared the raw files to the
output from tcpflow on the same PCAP. Unfortunately Wireshark inserts duplicate
segments into the reassembled streams here and there for some reason.

This bug is not present in version 2.0.6, but that version has another major
bug in the follow-tcp-stream feature (segments were instead missing).
