New checks done in function proto_tree_add_text_valist_internal (proto.c), make
CIP dissector to crash because function proto_tree_add_subtree is called with a
NULL tvb.
Worked OK in Wireshark 2.0.4
The workaround I used is to give the current tvb, as the start and length
parameters are 0.
