When we give a custom name to an IP (right clic on IP column), it seems to be
temporary in memory by default, without any user saving action.
The menu File -> Save is not enabled and it's not intuitive if the name will be
kept in a pcapng Name Resolution Block.
"Save As" does the trick and save the custom name in an NRB block, in current
file (if we replace it) or in a new file.
Shouldn't it be more intuitive and better UX to enable "Save" menu as soon as a
custom name is added, and save those names in the current pcapng file?
