This should work for the Qt UI according to the QContextMenuEvent
documentation, which says "for example, on Windows, pressing the menu button or
clicking the right mouse button will cause this event to be sent."
I don't have physical access to a Windows machine with a Menu key, but I get a
context menu if I press either the Menu or Shift+F10 keys using the On-Screen
Keyboard in a Remote Desktop session.
