Issue 1 is a real bug I'm gonna fix.

Issue 2 is not a bug: if you remove the GET DESCRIPTOR request/response,
Wireshark cannot automatically identify the protocol used by this USB device
and displays the raw data instead. In theory you can force the protocol to be
used via the Decode As menu but it apperas that USBHID dissector does not
register to this functionality. What I can do in Wireshark development tree
(Wireshark 2.1.X) is to also add USBHID to Decode As menu.
