Sorry for taking a while to get back to you. I've been very busy, so haven't
had the time to get the build environment working for me.
Just to be clear, I need to build this change myself, right?
Jerrit is accessible enough that I could find the URL from which to pull the
change, but I'm not sure what else to do on that site. Either the other
features are not accessible, or I just haven't figured out how to get it
working.
