Having more than 18 recent.capture_file entries in recent_common causes
Wireshark (GTK) to crash (segfault) on startup.
Having 18 recent capture files listed on the startup page, makeing a new
capture and saving that, then closing the capture file (reveling the statup
page again) causes Wireshark (GTK) to crash (segfault).
