Forgot to add that the Wireshark generating the traffic should have the
Statistics->Endpoints window open in the IPv4 tab.  This forces Wireshark to
resolve every IP in the trace instead of retrieving them one display window at
a time.  Then issue View->Reload to force an immediate reload and re-resolve
for all IPs, producing the traffic burst that triggers the hang in the
monitoring Wireshark.
