Wireshark does not always recognize that a given filename is part of a capture
fileset.      By closing and opening the same files using different methods
(File | Open, File | Open Recent etc) one can usually get Wireshark to
recognize the selected file name is a part of a file set and then use the "File
in Set" dialog to quickly switch between captures. 

This behavior was seen while preparing notes for Bug 10870.
