Identical symptoms on win7, wireshark 2.0.3 (started with 2.0 or similar
version, never seen on GTK version).
dumpcap.exe process - not present
The following file opened by wireshark process (seen in process explorer):
{AFBF9F1A-8EE8-4C77-AF34-C647E37CA0D9}.1.ver0x0000000000000090.db           
C:\Users\<user_id>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Caches\{AFBF9F1A-8EE8-4C77-AF34-C647E37CA0D9}.1.ver0x0000000000000090.db

More info:
- it doesn't happen always, but quite frequently

Is there anything more I can do to help debugging/fixing the problem?

For that reason I can't use QT version and always launch old version instead.
